As a long term survivor of HIV (40 years), I often find myself looking back at my life and realizing just how lucky I am. Now they tell me I have pulmonary fibrosis and have 1-2 years left…ummmm, should I believe them?
Still though, conscious of the many who didn’t survive I have found solace in representing some of the more difficult times life dishes out like deaths of friends, bullying, depression and other challenges.

The difficult issues in life also need to be represented so here is my take on some of them.  I know they will resonate with kindred spirits.

Much of the series includes symbolic elements such as the snake biting his tail (infinity), the antlers of renewal, the skull of mortality, and the heart of passion.
